Terms of Service

By using Peopels you agree to these Terms. Peopels is a marketplace connecting Customers with independent Helpers; we are not an employer of Helpers and do not provide the services listed.

Fees

Helpers are charged a 10% platform fee; Customers pay a 5% service fee. Both are shown before booking.

Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe and held in escrow until job completion.

Conduct

Harassment, fraud, off-platform payment or abusive behaviour will result in account suspension.
